We have a full time staff which includes FULL TIME maintenance, construction experts and a 24 hour number for our guests. Frio Country also has PRIVATE RIVER FRONTAGE for our guests staying inside and outside of our park. This is ONLY available to guests staying with FRIO COUNTRY. Our goal is to keep your ConCan Frio River Vacation Rental Property as booked as possible.

Putting your home in a rental pool can be very emotional and nerve racking. We try and help you make this transition as easy as possible. While decorating/building your ConCan rental home, please keep in mind that your house is a rental and accidents do happen. We recommend that you screw all pictures and decorations to the wall, and do not leave anything in your home that cannot be easily replaced or of any significant value. We also recommend timers or locks on all outside faucets. Below is a general idea of what you should have in your home. We have found the more you personalize your home, the more guests enjoy it and make it their own. (Family Frio River photos, guest notes, etc.)
